Nice thought, but too many differences. For a start, different turret shape: no bustle, smaller, different-shaped stowage bins. No long-range fuel tank on the back, completely different engine deck. The ANZAC Mk V had a 105mm gun, the 20pdr had no fume-extractor and no muzzle-brake. These are just off the top of my head! However, if it's a what-if scenario, who cares? I have e-mailed Battlefront to ask them, now they have done a Cent', whether they would do a conversion on the master into a Mk I or Mk II as a late-war monster. Don't hold your breath...

The terrain was a small piece I made purely for taking photographs, however it was also a test piece for some larger desert based terrain too.

Given the more recent post about the eleven Doctors, my initial reaction when I saw this figure was, "Why is the Tom Baker Doctor holding a gun. That's very out of character."

My subconscious jumping to conclusions aside, it is a nicely painted figure, and I don't know what that terrain piece he's on is used for but it is a nice piece of work too.

I think we're gonna get a Stormbird as a Forgeworld only aircraft for two reasons. One, the description puts it at more than TWICE the size of the Thunderhawk, and until the Titans came out, it was the biggest thing they did, and the biggest in one package until he arrival of the Manta. Secondly, it's mentioned in the Stormeagle entry in the Aeronautica book as being more common than the Stormeagle. And lastly, Forgeworld are doing the Horus Herasy atm, so it'll almost certainly turn up there! I'll be keeping an eye ou if I go to either their open day in April, or Gamesday...

Looking at photos in the FOW articles in the magazines you gave me there's a corner building that could be a cafe, and a bigger town hall-type building as well. Given how long it took them to put the houses into production though, it might be a while before we see them.

Looking good. Four frigates, a cruiser and a battleship on my workbench at the moment, but whether they'll be ready by 03/03 is anybodies guess. The islands and sea fort have arrived - look really nice and should paint up well. The drop-ons are very detailed and the lighthouse is great.

Still a work in progress, and you're right it does need more on the right hand side. The brown is the recommend brown, like you I think it is a little too dark, and needs to be more red.

I don't think the bands are too wide - there is enormous variation between units and vehicles when you look at the photographs. I do think it looks a little dark though, and you need more than one band on the right-hand side (personal opinions obviously - feel free to ignore...)
