Tower from a Warhammer Historical demonstation game at GamesDay 2009.

Warmaster Napoleonic

Thursday, November 24th, 2011

At GamesDay 2009 one of the Historical display games was a Napoleonic version of Warmaster.

I did miss the lack of Warhammer Historical games at GamesDay 2010, no idea (as I didn’t go) if there were any historical games at GamesDay 2011.

Ork Garage

Part of the excellent Forge World Ork Shanty Town that was on display at GamesDay 2009.

Ork Mega Dread

Monday, October 10th, 2011

Just what every mekboy wants; an even bigger `Dread! A smoke-belching, hydraulic monster able to tear apart enemy tanks and smash a side lesser war machines with contemptuous ease.

This is from the Forge World stand and is a work in progress.

I bought mine at GamesDay 2009 and purchased it with two Killkannons as I didn’t think much of the Rippa-Claw, it looked flimsy in comparison to the model as a whole.

See the workbench feature on my Mega-Dread.

Imperial City

Saturday, October 8th, 2011

This demonstration game at GamesDay 2009 had some really nice buildings using the Imperial City kits from Games Workshop.

More photographs of scenery for Warhammer 40000.
